I've been injured in an auto accident. Do I need a lawyer?

I've been injured at work. What should I do?

You must report any accident immediately, but not later than 30 days after the accident, to your employer, your employer's representative, and your foreman or immediate supervisor. Failure to do so may result in losing your workers comp benefits. After you've reported your accident, call us immediately.

Can I receive compensation for my injury?
